  • Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.

    Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

    For patient safety and compliance with corporate practice of medicine laws, all first time visits require a good faith exam which is good for 6 months. At this time, this is incorporated into the cost of the service. 

    Patient specific treatments require this every 3 months.
